Physics: Natural science or the study of the natural world (from the Greek roots fysi(physi) = nature; ek = of; os = unto; physikos = unto of nature)
Chemistry:branch of science concerned with the properties; composition; and structure of substances and the changes they undergo when they combine or react under specified conditions, originally developed from alchemy's experiments in tranforming metals (from the Egyptian Cheme meaning earth according to wikpedia)
Biology: (literally: the study of Life) the science of life and of living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution, and distribution. It includes botany and zoology and all their subdivisions.
Electricity: (The state of electrons) Electrical science, Science concerned with electric charge phenomena, especially the effects of electric charges in motion.
Astronomy: (Numbering the Stars) The scientific study of matter in outer space, especially the positions, dimensions, distribution, motion, composition, energy, and evolution of celestial bodies and phenomena.
Aeronautics: (from Greek aero which means air or sky and nautis which means sailor, i.e. sailor of the air or sky) is the science involved with the study, design, and manufacture of flight-capable machines, or the techniques of operating aircraft.
